Important Info

 
ORDERING
 All our cakes are cooked fresh to order so a few days is normally enough notice. Obviously early notice is preferable - especially for larger orders. Please just contact me and hopefully I will be able to help you. The only issue I may have is sourcing any specific decorations for special occassions.

CANCELLATION
  If you have to cancel an order 48 hours notice is required otherwise we may have to charge you.

SIZE OF CAKES
Unless otherwise stated all our cupcakes are served in 51 mm/ 71 mm cases - these are larger than standard 'fairy cake' cases

NUT ALLERGY
  We have to make you aware that there is a possibility there may be a trace of nuts in our kitchen. 

STORAGE
Our cakes are baked fresh and will be enjoyed best on day of purchase.
However, they will keep perfectly fresh for 2-3 days in an airtight container. Do not refridgerate or freeze!
Butter is affected by temperature - cupcakes are best enjoyed at room temperature.

CUSTOMER SERVICE
If for any reason you feel that you have not received the best quality homemade cupcakes please call to discuss - I will try to help in any way I can!

PAYMENT
We accept payment by Cash on collection/delivery. We do not accept cheques. If you would prefer to pay by credit or debit card, you can do so via PayPal. Let us know and we can send you a link to our Paypal account - you DO NOT NEED a Paypal account to pay us.

HEALTH & SAFETY
My premises are registered and have been inspected by Falkirk Council for Health & Safety / Hygiene.
